Description of the Rooms
All the rooms are en-suite with showers and fully equipped with all modern facilities.
2 of the Deluxe Twin/ family rooms have 2 king size beds, and the other 3 have 2 king size beds and a sofa-bed that can be made upon request.
3 of the Double Rooms are Deluxe Double Rooms, with a sofa-bed.
All rooms have the following facilities: TV (cable), Tea and coffee facilities, trouser press, professional hair dryer, air-conditioning units in 10 of the 16 rooms and heater in all rooms, direct dial phone, radio-alarm, room service from the Wine Bar (Tuesday to Saturday).

You can easily walk from our premises to most of Dublin's well known landmarks such as Cosmopolitan Grafton Street, Vibrant Temple Bar, Historic Trinity College, Christchurch Cathedral, Dublin Castle, Guinness Brewery or the Dublin's famous galleries and museums
Prices for B&B accommodation
Price rates vary in the following range according to season, weekend and particular event held (concert, rugby match...).
We grant that price will never be higher than the maximum price reported:
Sharing: 100 euro min. - 125 euro max - Rate per person per night
Single: 150 euro min. - 185 euro max - Rate per single occupancy
Prices are per person per night, bed and breakfast accommodation, taxes included.
Cancellation policy: Cancellation must be made at least 7 days prior to the arrival date. For cancellation made thereafter the full amount of the reservation will be charged, subject to reselling the room.
Special Booking conditions for this Guest House: At the time of the booking a contact telephone number, full postal address and estimated time of arrival are required along with credit card details.
CHILDREN POLICY: Children under 5 stay for free, children between 5 and 11 have an additional charge of 15 Euro per child per night.
